• Bank Letter of Credit Must be provided to bid.  Online Buyers maybe subject to a credit card hold to participate in the auction.

• Onsite Bidding Fee is 1% - Online Bidding Fee is 4% added to the winning bid amount on all purchases.

• Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing.

-Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory.
Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description.
Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way and is the winning bidder's responsibility to verify prior to purchase.

-Signed Affidavit (Form 72-315) MS Out of State Delivery or 48 Hour Drive Out. 
The purchaser is responsible for the use tax on any equipment purchased for use in their home state with this signed affidavit
-Certificate of Resale

• Payment Must be received within 3 days of auction ending. Payment may be made by Bank Wire, Cash, or Check made payable to Riles Auctions LLC.

• All purchases must be removed from the premises in one week unless otherwise noted.

• Bidders are personally responsible for any bids made with their Bidding Number. If the highest bid for any particular lot is submitted using your Bidding Number, you are responsible and liable for any payments due hereunder, without protest, set-off or claim against Riles Auctions LLC. or Equipmentfacts LLC. ("Equipmentfacts").

• The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneer and Equipmentfacts shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute as they determine or to re-offer the lot for sale.​

• Riles Auctions LLC. shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising (including but not limited to costs of attendance of Bidders at the Auction) from any Lots not presented for sale.

• The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth herein.
